The curtain system was designed in a sleek, contemporary style, positioned strategically at the skylight area. The curtains were made of lightweight fabric in neutral tones, creating an airy atmosphere. They ran along the open space, offering a gentle touch while ensuring a level of enclosure and privacy that harmonizes with the home’s raw, exposed architectural elements.
Nestled between two concrete volumes is a free spatial zone, a hollowed mass defined by beams and lightweight steel floor structures, forming the core concept of the house. The building services were organized alongside integrated cabinetry within the service core, optimizing the usable area. Consequently, the central space is expansive, suffused with natural light and greenery. The original intention was to “soften” the living environment. The garden, paired with the distinctive floor finishes, effectively blurred the line between nature and architecture, fostering a seamless and fluid spatial experience.
