The curtain system in Môi Điên Store is designed with a minimalist and modern approach, combining metal mesh and sheer fabrics to create a soft yet bold ambiance. The metallic material forms the structural framework of the curtains, dividing spaces while maintaining the necessary level of privacy. The sheer fabric allows natural light to pass through, casting a translucent effect that enhances depth and openness within the space.

This arrangement not only provides functional divisions within the store but also elevates its aesthetic value. The combination of the robust metal with the delicate fabric suits the store’s fashion-forward concept, creating both a display setting and a backdrop for the merchandise. The design balances privacy and visibility, embodying the essence of contemporary retail space design.

“The space stands out with a unique creativity from the fashion products and the meticulousness of the architectural design. Among the many materials considered, metallic mesh fabric was prioritized. This fabric was selected directly from Môi Điên’s fabric stock. The mesh fabric has a soft drape, translucent quality, and interacts well with light. It is sufficiently porous to obscure the space that needs covering, while also providing a large background area, ideal for displaying products. The curtain section, designed by the architect, extends to divide the main and secondary spaces. The main area is for display, while the secondary space is calculated just right for temporary storage, fitting rooms, and other functions. Depending on the function, the curtain is ‘sculpted’ to fit the necessary volume, creating a continuous and gentle curtain layer.”
