The curtain system was composed of sculptural wooden bead strands, forming a soft spatial divider that still preserved visual and spatial connectivity. Each bead varies in size and profile, assembled vertically to create a natural draping surface that gently follows the contours of the ceiling architecture. Beyond its role as a spatial partition, the curtain generates striking visual effects as light filters through, casting delicate, shifting shadows across surrounding surfaces. Using wood as the primary material, the curtain introduced warmth and a sense of closeness to nature while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic in the space. At the same time, privacy was ensured without creating a feeling of enclosure, allowing light and air to circulate freely and ensuring a balanced, breathable environment.
